Cavemen lasso the Mustangs

Braving the frigid cold the Cavemen traveled north to take on the Herriman Mustangs in their second region match of the season. The match started out with a quick victories in 2nd and 3rd singles closely followed by 2nd doubles. The JV made quick work of the Mustangs in each position and quickly cleared the courts for some extra practice matches.
The last two matches off were 1st singles and 1st doubles, both which went the distance.

At 1st singles Spencer Wood fought hard but went down in a close battle to Josh Aughenbaugh, a state quarterfinalist last year in the 5A state tournament. 

1st doubles battled through some ups and downs to defeat a resilient Mustang duo while coming through in the deciding third set.
