Week #3 Update

This last weekend the team kicked off their season at the 3rd annual Utah Valley Ashton Invitational tournament. We had 23 girls participate in the tournament and it was a great way to start our year. The Varsity team went 2-2 over the weekend playing some excellent competition from Springville, Skyridge, PG, and Orem. Shout out to our gals who filled in on two different Hybrid teams made up of various players from local schools who took on Varsity teams from around the state. We had a number a gals play in the JV tournament held at Corner Canyon over the weekend who all got in some great matches and held their own against solid competition. 

This week we have three matches lined up against Provo, Westlake, and PG. Take a look at the schedule and plan accordingly.

Monday: Match vs. Provo @ 3:00pm @ AFHS. No practice, just match play.
Tuesday: Match vs. Westlake @ 3:00pm @ AFHS. No practice, just match play.
Wednesday: Practice at 2:30 (Varsity/JV) & 4:00 (Practice Squad)
Thursday: Match vs. PG @ 3:00pm @ PGHS. Bus leaves at 2:15. No practice, just match play.
Friday: Practice at 1:00pm (Varsity/JV) & 3:00pm (Practice Squad)
