Dear Friends, Family, Coaches, Students, Parents, Players and Cougar Fans,
As most of you know or have probably heard, in September I accepted the position of women’s tennis coach at BYU. It has been quite the adventure so far, and I am nothing but excited for the future of BYU women’s tennis. Especially the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of so many young athletes desiring to be GREAT! Summer is just around the corner, and BYU tennis camp registration goes live this Thursday, January 17th at 8:00 am MST. My assistant, Dillon Porter, and I are anxious to be actively engaged during our four weeks of summer tennis camp at BYU. We are adding goal setting, mental toughness training, and a match preparation and strategy seminar. Throughout the week we will cover the fundamentals of stroke production, have station feeding, live ball drilling, and competitive games to work on consistency. Singles and doubles match play will be held in a fun and competitive team atmosphere, ending the week with a singles tournament on the final day. The weeks of our camps will be the following… June 17-21 June 24-28 July 1-5 July 29-August 2 Click here to REGISTER… www.byusportscamps.com The ages for this camp are 12-18, but we can make special exceptions for younger ages with experience.
